yo guys me agen as i sed b4 new 2 steroid scene and was wonderin if deca and sus and dbol wud be gud for me on my first novice cycle as my friends suggested this 2 me any ideas ?

my age is 18 going 19 next month training experience is 3year"s trained hard for this amount of time eaten rite but had no big gains really do u think it cud be due 2 the age ?

No I think its due to Diet and Workout routine. Can you post up what you eat in a day and what your worjout looks like
