    Question don't want to get HUGE, just about 5 morelbs

    Can anyone please tell me if there is something that will give me more muscle but not something that will make me bloated and angry? I guess I just want something that is very mild! I hope this makes sense! Thanks to all!

    ..what do your macros look like right now?....Bumping up your protein/complex carbs and increasing your calorie intake should do the trick....Have you looked through the diet forum for the bulking diet and also visit the training forum..Your goals can be easily achieved without the use of AAS....

    5 lbs can easily be obtained via diet and nutrition, no need for AAS. Head over to the diet forum on here and do some reading

    An 8 week cycle of t-bol 50mgs ed, will get you where you want, without sides like bloating and anger!

    You do that, and when you head to the can you'll lose 10 LBs..... chinese food is good, but sometimes it'll wash you ou. :P

    If i get a chinese im hungry again within like an hour, i duno why, it just doesnt do the job for me!

    He want gain 5 Ibs if he has reached hes natrual-limit.

    Do a test/tren /drol cycle, and anger will defently be an issue with most people!!

    i got the chinese food joke ~sc~, yeah 5 lbs, you could do that in less than three weeks of large eating, if you still want the jucie. try just a lttle primo for 7 weeks and after week 1 run just a lil test prop. you'll put on a very lean, quality 5 and more like 10 unbloated layer of hard muscle. with almost no anger

    You're gonna use gear to gain 5 lbs..............you lazy mother****er lol. Increase your protein by 50g a day and carbs by 50-75g a day and youll probably reach your target within the time it takes you to do a cycle and PCT. Diet is THE MOST IMPORTANT thing in bodybuilding PERIOD! Train less and eat more.

    i have no anger issues and im on test/tren /masteron right now. Ive never had anger issues from any steroid . People use that as an excuse to be a dickhead. I
