don't want to get HUGE, just about 5 morelbs
Can anyone please tell me if there is something that will give me more muscle but not something that will make me bloated and angry? I guess I just want something that is very mild! I hope this makes sense! Thanks to all!

5 lbs can easily be obtained via diet and nutrition, no need for AAS. Head over to the diet forum on here and do some reading

i got the chinese food joke ~sc~, yeah 5 lbs, you could do that in less than three weeks of large eating, if you still want the jucie. try just a lttle primo for 7 weeks and after week 1 run just a lil test prop. you'll put on a very lean, quality 5 and more like 10 unbloated layer of hard muscle. with almost no anger

You're gonna use gear to gain 5 lbs..............you lazy mother****er lol. Increase your protein by 50g a day and carbs by 50-75g a day and youll probably reach your target within the time it takes you to do a cycle and PCT. Diet is THE MOST IMPORTANT thing in bodybuilding PERIOD! Train less and eat more.
