Keeping Cut as a Model- help please!
Hey Guys
I am not new to fitness but a mesomorph. I gain easy and lose easy. I notice the amount of water my body holds each week and I look different each time! It sucks! I also lost 50lbs of fat 4 years ago and it seems I can get a cut look but never maintain.
I am semi lean now(just barely 10-12%) but I need my abs to show continously. Ive ocassionally taken ECA stack, on and off clen and a little hgh.
I really want my muscles to get harder and look fuller all the time, plus I dont have the cuts i NEARLY want in my back and chest(especially) tho there is definition. I just moved to MIAMI and need to maintain this every day.
What do you reccomend?

A good(non acne producing steriod) bc im oily face skin and will break out easy!
