A question about my reasearch on Test E
In most of the threads I read that 500mg of test e per week is a good way to start off on your first cycle. However, as I was reading up on test e raed this
"Despite this we recommend that steroid novices stay away from all testosterone compounds. To make it very clear: Those who have never taken steroids do not yet need any testosterone and should wait until later when the "weaker" steroids begin to have little effect. For the more advanced, Testosterone enanthate can either be taken alone or in combination with other compounds."
and it confused me a bit. Why dose it recomend not taking test first, and what weaker steroids is it talking about?

Its bullshit bro. Where did you read that. Test should be the basis of all cycles. Every search you do here on First Cycles will tell you that

There is also a novice cycle on there that recommends 200mg b6 per day for 15 wks...but recently it has been shown that this dose causes nerve damage...just to give an example of its wrongness...
