    whats the max dosage for eq?

    is running 1000mg prop/week and 800mg eq/week gonna do more hurt than good? I would run it for ten weeks if i did it with 40mg var in the first 4 weeks, possibly 6 weeks of var

    first was dbol /deca .... that was a disaster

    1-15 second was prop 500mg/week
    1-14 eq 400mg/week
    11-15 winny 50mg/week

    if this is your 3rd cycle why go from 500mg of test up to 1000mg? was you happy with the results of your last course?

    not at all, i dont know if my source was bad or my body just wasnt responding, ive been looking for a new guy but times are tough nowadays, im not soliciting-- just saying

    but i def wasnt happy with my results, i got marginally stronger and gained maybe 6 pounds-- diet was no point and went to the gym twice a day 45min a piece. it was the summer and i had nothing to do, i just want satisfied, what do you think

    i dont think jumping from 500mg to 1000mg per week is the answer, id make sure you have 100% legit gear and make sure your diet and training are in order first, then id still run your main test at around 500mg and even look at changing it to test E or cyp because you have always used prop, also add other compounds like eq/dbol or eq/winny, diet is one of the most important things in building muscle make sure this is up to it otherwise you will waste your gear

    try this-
    wk 1-12 test E or Cyp 500mg
    wk 1-12 eq 500mg
    wk 1-4 prop 75mg ED
    wk 10-15 winny 50mg ED

    I think your overtraining thats what i think, Try training 45mins a day 4 times a week and then i bet you will grow.
