How to stack Test E or C with deca?

29 yrs old
190lbs
16% body fat

Would this be the correct cycle to run as far as weeks. Also what is the difference between Test C and E. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
1-12 wks Deca 200mg
1-14 wks Test 300mgs
14-16 Clomid ?
1-14 Nolva ?

You dont need Deca in your first Cycle. Test E or Tes C at 500mg / week broken into two shots on Monday and Thursday is fine. There is very little difference but I prefer Test E personally. Now you know you have to eat a lot dont you ? UNoffical "How to Bulk" thread and sample diet...

Should I be taking Clomid and Nolva with the Test. I'm no looking to turn into Arnold Swa.

u can run nolva during the cycle @ 10 mg then clomid with it after 2 weeks of last test e shoot & ull b fine

Just do test enanthate for 12 weeks at 500mgs a week (mond and thurs shots). Personally I wouldnt use any anti-es unless you have signs of gyno coming on. Anti-es can counteract the effect of the test. Dont use deca ..........get some dianabol instead and run that @20-30mgs a day for 4 weeks.

By the way your Nolva and Clomid start times are wrong at the end, If you run Test C you start PCT 18 days after the last injection, if you do Test C its starts 14 days after the last injection. Then do it like this

Day 1-30 (of PCT) 100mg Clomid ED (Everyday)
Day 1-30 20mg Nolvadex ED
Day 1-30 .25ng L-Dex ED
