im running mine at 300/400(eq/test e). seems to be working good. ive always been told to run the test atleast 100 over the eq dose. granted i have had little trial and error.
EQ needs to b run at least 12 wks at 400-600mg EW

EQ unlike Deca is not very suppresive to natural test levels.
so are you supposed to take 100mg less than the test and stop 2 weeks before the test with EQ?? or can you take it for the same amount of time as test and same dosage as the test?Quote:

Just run your test mg above your EQ mg. if you run it for 12 weeks run test for 13
why cant you run EQ same length as test?

I have ran EQ at 600mg/wk and Test E at 500mg/wk with no problems at all. I'd run Eq for 12wks minimum as well. Something like this.
Dbol 1-4 30mg/day
Test E 1-12 500mg/wk
Eq 1-12 600mg/wk
Nolva 10-20mg/day 1-20
14-20 PCT
If this is your first cycle I suggest you run Test by itself at 250-500mg/wk for 12wks. You can use Dbol+Eq in later cycles, see how you react to Test alone.
I think first time users of EQ should run 400 to start, 600 is too high for a beginner.
Possibly, depends on their previous cycles IMO. I used 400mg my first time and wish I had used 600mg, didn't see much results from 400/wk. Then again I had used Deca twice before that. Also, I stated Eq/Dbol shouldn't be used for first cycle anyhow.
its different for everyone, my first cycle with EQ was amazing ran it like this
1-16 test enth 650mg
1-15 EQ 400mg
12-18 winny 50mg ed
clen twice week 7-9 then 12-14
by week 12 i put on 28 pounds and body fat was down from 13-8%
184 pounds to 212 ripped
All im saying is why jump the gun to 600mg
Agreed, I'd start with 400mg and see how it goes as well. Sometimes I get a bit aggresive, I blame it all on Pinnacle. lol
