    aspirate

    How important is it to do? I know a lot of peeps who inject w/o aspirating.... any thoughts?

    its important to do to see if you injected the right place aspirating will help you figure that out

    of course it is important; although it will not kill you if you inject into a vessel it is always safe not to and who wouldn't take this easy step?

    so as long as you can pull a little blood into the syringe it's go time?

    no no no,,,,

    "*Aspirate the syringe - pull back slightly on the plunger - you will see one of two things. (A). You will see a couple small air bubbles that when you stop applying pressure upward on the plunger will readily go back into the muscle or (B). Droplets of blood. (A) being the obviously favorable one. If there is blood you must pull out, switch needles and start over."
