How long do I need to take a break from t3 for?

I just finished cycleon's 30 day t3 cycle and was wondering if any of you know how long I need to saty off before I can start up on the t3 again...Thanks

could you give me the hype to the cycle, the only one s i saw were 20 days and 60 days, ... and how did it turn out, what other supps did you take, ... gimme all the info you can, and as for your question i think your supposed to take 2 months off, that s just what i read in the eduational thread s

I used it with fina/prop and I alternated clen and NYC...Seemed to really lean me out...

Any other opinions on how long I need to take off?

you know what i think about the time off, but i have another question for ya, what was your bf% at when you started, and when you finished, ive read that it s better for ppl with higher bf%'s than it is for those ppl that are at like 10% and below but does anyone have any info on it ??
