Liver Protectant: Impt

I am running my FIRST cycle consisting of:

Brovel T200 ( 400mg/week ) - 10 weeks
TTokkyo EQ ( 400mg/week ) - 10 weeks
Denakall Winny ( 50mg/ED ) - 6 weeks

I was planning on taking Milk Thistle @ 1000mg/ED

-AND-

ALA @ 1000mg/ED


How does that sound? Sound good? 1000mg/ed of both?
