quick nizoral question

i have nizoral 2% shampoo. i was under the impression to use it everyday. but the instructions on the back say use it only once a week.

how should i take this stuff... and for how long? thanks.

youll figure out how you often you want to use it after awhile. myself, every other day is fine...or a couple times a week, it's whatever

your not using it for acne right cuz it doesn't work for that. I use it like once every three days for hair and it works great. I don't get hair loss but it helps to keep my scalp in top condition.

Really? I have seen plenty of info to prove that it will help.

Also, I have a few friends that use it for acne and it works incredibly!! 2% isn'y available OTC but pretty easy to get...........

i'm using it so that i dont get hairloss. i'm not balding, but its better to be safe than sorry.

i have also read that it helps with acne... so i use it on my back as a precaution.

i guess i'll use it every third day.
