when I ran var, I did 60 mgs per day....20 am, 20 noon, 20 pm.
I'm pretty sure var has a 7-8 hour half life, so you might want to consider doing something like a 15-15-15 split.
This your first time with var? you could probably bump it up to 60.
i weigh 175, i fugured id be good at 40mg ed for 5 weeks no? This is to cap off a 12 week 750mg sus a week
should i just do 60mg pd for 4 weeks/
Is anavar all you are running, i wouldnt expect very much off just 40mg of var for 5 weeks.Quote:
