How best to split up anavar

I have 40mgs per day with 5 mg pills. So 4 in morning 4 at night?

when I ran var, I did 60 mgs per day....20 am, 20 noon, 20 pm.

I'm pretty sure var has a 7-8 hour half life, so you might want to consider doing something like a 15-15-15 split.

This your first time with var? you could probably bump it up to 60.

i weigh 175, i fugured id be good at 40mg ed for 5 weeks no? This is to cap off a 12 week 750mg sus a week

Is anavar all you are running, i wouldnt expect very much off just 40mg of var for 5 weeks.

im on 750mg sus pw, I was adding the anavar at week 8 to harden up
