    syring and pump spray

    i got the clen t3 combo imabout to start not the spary bottles but it came with a oral syringe, the syringe starts at 1 and and goes to 1 ml i need to know how much to take ml or mcg thw syringe for 1 ml is the whole syringe, please let me know how to use it so i can start. thanks

    1ml = 200mcg of clen or t3.
