Please help with workout
Starting my bulking cycle today Monday my work routine looks like this:
Mon:
Chest –Tricep
Tues:
Back-Bicep
Wens:
Shoulders-legs
Thur-Sat:
Repeat
Please help need to know if this looks good for bulking
I want to get the most out of my gear that’s why I want to work
Out the muscle twice a week since I recover quiker when I am cycling
When am off I wanted to do one muscle a day
Please help
