    biweekly better?

    im takeing 500mg of test each week
    and 400 mg of deca

    is it ok to on monday take 500 test and thursday take 400 deca
    OR should i go 250 and 200 every 4th day... wats the difference?

    I you have enough pins here is what I would do sunday test 250 decca 200
    then thursday test 250 decca 200. This will keep your hormones in order and help with acne. This is what I found to help me. Just my two cents.

    take half the dose of each mond-thurs mate,this will help keep your blood levels more stable which in turn will yeald better gains and less sides!
