How to take Nolvadex

I'm going to run Test E every week at 500mgs.

How do I take the Nolvadex ? I read that you start 14 days after my last injection but then I just read you need to take it during the entire cycle.

14 days after your last injection would be Clomid not Nolvadex .

Yes you can take it throughout your entire cycle or just PCT. It's all a preferance..................

if u r prone 2 gyno then u can use it during the cycle or keep it on hand in case u need it 10 or 20 mg is enough i dont go higher than this

I'd run 10mgs ED throughout the cycle. Seems low but we'll see how you react. 20mgs in PCT along with Clomid.....
