Depending on how high your dose of test E is, anything under 500mgs/week doesn't gicve you alot of bloat. Go with 10-20mgs/day of nolva througout and your set.

The truth of the matter is that we all react differentely. Some may bloat others wont hold an ounce, and that is regardless of dose. I for one can run a gram a week of test and never hold any water. Actually to be quite honest with everyone my next cycle contains an AI and it will be my first run with one. That way I can speak from experience and see how shredded I can really get on a long ester
Sticking with 300mgs per week is perfectly fine. I wouldn't expect alot of bloat, if any... use nolva through-out the cylce to prevent bloat.
I used 200mgs a week of Test Cyp and took Nolva at 10mgs an still had some bloat, but just keep the water intake up. The more water you consume the less your body will hold it. More water = Less Water.
