I'm a competitive bodybuilder. I have used that method the last 2 time I had to get down to 4% BF therefore it WORKS. I never did the 2 week on/off bull sh!t so i cannot comment on it. butclen+ keto straight 10 weeks worked for me.

i'm sure you will get better results the longer you stay on clen , but for me it starts to wear me out after about two-three weeks on. might just be me. i get mentally strung-out and in result fukk up my sleep schedule.

keto is an anti-histamine, it cleans out your receptors so that the clen can remain effective...

Is it the same as the diphenhydramine in Benadryl? If not, what brand anti-histamine has Keto in it?

it is not the same as benadryl, it is so much stronger, 1 to 2mg per day is sufficient....it is taken every day while on clen ...personally ive tried both methods (2on 2 off) and continuous, i believe the continuous route is better...

Can you get it at a drug store or do I need to get it online somewhere? Does it cause drowsiness too?

Could I take it right before bed and be fine then? Would you mind posting the link (or PM'ing me if it isn't allowed)? Thanks a ton!

Histamine receptors (Benadryl contains a histamine antagonist) and adrenergic receptors are not related in any way shape or form. Few if any will ever believe this in the body building world, but what can you do.
