    Opinions

I have been reading this site pretty much all day, I would consider myself very novice on this subject. I am curious what the experts think.
If a person say about 190lbs 22 years of age, wants to gain a small amount 10-15lbs of muscle mass, and lose the extra body fat that he has gained over the past years of college. What would be the best combination, I have read many of the novice guides, but I'm having trouble making sense of it all.
    So Basically my questions:
    1) What combination
    2) For how long
    3) what are the possible side effects
    Thanks a bunch

Stay away from AAs for awhile bro. You need a good diet and training program before you even think of it. What you're looking to get out of this you could do naturally with those two alone in no time.....Just my 2cents though.....
