everyday you would take it and probably with a 25g 1"; injectable b12 is cheap
how much would you take a day just 1 cc ?? and also do you have to rotate injection spots like regular aas or does that not really matter when taking b12
**** sorry can a vet or mod move this thread to the aar section please sorry for posting in here wasnt thinking..
1cc ED is alot. Most people will be fine with 1 or 2cc shots per week
