How many times have you left your protein shaker unwashed? and the oops!

yea, how many times have you guys been lazy or just too busy or on the run to wash your protein shaker after you drink the shake, close it back up, forget about it for a day, or in my case ( a week ), and then open it up to find rotting maggots and a stink bomb that infiltrates your house/room/car?

I will rinse mine out after use, but that doesn't get it all. After a couple weeks or so, the smell gets bad. Only then will the soap come out.

I don't wash mine every time. Maybe a quick rinse. Lazyness for sure.

I just buy 1/2 gallon jugs of milk and use the previous jug for a shaker. When the current jug gets to the 1/3 mark, I start using it and throw the other one away. After use I rinse it out a couple times and throw it empty back in the fridge so it wont get nasty

Always have an empty 1/2 gallon jug in the fridge lol
