    200 mg of depo cyp

    If i am doing 200mg a week, is it better to do it once a week or split it up in 2 100mg a week?

    Give stats. 200mg is a pointless dose by the way.

    i am 5 8 185 lbs 34 yrs old been working out again but not too hard had a bad rotator cuff just getting back to it, looking to ad 8-10 lbs of muscle and get back into it

    what are your thoughts,?

    Get back into before you juice or you are wasting your money. What does your Diet and PCT look like ?

    200-250mg is a maintenance dose...

    300mg should be an absolut minimum, but then you should also frontload it on the 1st shot.

    diet is pretty good (i think) breakfast oatmeal, few hard boiled eggs, protein shake, luch generally turkey /chicken sandwhich with a shake in afternoon
    dinner chicken, or steak and a carb like potato/rice then a shake at night

    you think i should wait to i get back into it to start it? i figured it would get me a good start and help with some recovery time

    Get into it again, have your diet and training in check!
    If you want to go over to the darkside, go with test cyp or enath@400-500mg EW 8-12 weeks. Proper PCT and nolva for sides...
