lean/strength cycle- 10 weeks
Hows this look. I know a bit over board with the nolvadex and l-dex, but just hate that water retention.
Cycle for now is:
prop- 150/eod weeks 1-10
anavar- 80mg/ed weeks 2-10
liquidex-.25mg/ed weeks 1-13
Nolvadex-10mg/ed weeks 1-13
Clomid- 100mg/ed weeks 12-15
Clenbuterol- >120mcg/ed weeks 16-25 2weeks on/off/ maybe 6 weeks and use benadryl every third week.
Gain maybe 7- 10lbs maybe/hopefully, be happy with 5 as long as huge decrease in bf.
cardio in morn on empty stomack x4 a week
lifting x4 a week
Deit- low carbs on non workout days, mid carb load only after lifting workout meal. high protein- 1.5-2 gm/ per lbs of BW Low to mid fat intake. And drinks lots of water. Sound good guys. Did the deit and workout plan with gear and had good results loosing fat, want to pack on some solid muscle now, not much, little by little.
