Cardio and PCT
One night a week I play some indoor soccer for about an hour, but, I was thinking when I get to PCT should I cut this out or will it have no real effect on my gains if I keep my cals up? If I was carrying a little bit of body fat would it just help to burn a bit it off?

As long as you up your calories durring PCT you will be fine.
