Bro in all honestly i think you should get back to researching. First off, your Primobolan dosage is way to low, it should be 400mgs at the minimum. Secondly, Through research and many first hand accounts I would say that the Primos should be run for around 12 weeks.
I am incorporating Primos into this cycle and I am running them at 700 mgs for 12 weeks. I would put this on hold and do a little more research into this matter. You have all the time in the world to do this but you should do it right.

so i would like to cut the fat and go up with muscle slowely
i think i will make reading and may be i will go up with the primo

primo has shown some fat burning signs in the past. If you are going to use it you should run it for 14-16 weeks at 600+mg per week. Primo is extremely slow anyways so you get quality muscle
