Need help with cycle
I have just finished the 5th week of a Sus250 and deca cycle although I started the deca on this week. I was just wandering why I havn't seen results yet I have put on about 5 kg but no size at all. My training is good, mydiet is average could be better I am working on that, my sleep is average. I havn't seen any changes my strengh has gone a slightly in the benchpress but am not getting stronger. Can anyone help us out cheers
Sus250 500mg/week INJ Mon/Fri
Deca 300mg/week INJ Mon/Fri

y add deca at this week should ov started week1 with it.and u say ur sleep and diet is average ...these need 2 be perfect especialy diet mate some people dont get good gains till week 5 or 6 ..mine being week 3 or 4 with sus give it another week or 2

all ur gear r long estered so u should wait more but what about ur diet

My gear is good because I got it in Thailand thorugh a gym, I have always had a bit of trouble because I am lactose intolerant and the only meat I can eat is fish, or seafood. My Diet is not the best but I should still the some results because I'm getting in enough nutrtion. I have been eating caned tuna, fish, Drinking soy milk after every meal, I have been having hamburges at mcdona'ds to get a bit of meat into me cause I don't throw up off that Can you give us any suggestions?
