help DEca question 1th cycle

I am pretty new at this and i dunno much... now i did a cycle before of oral Dianabal and gained bout 10 pounds but that was bout a year ago..then i used No2 and creatine to keep going...total i gained 20 pounds since i started working out 2 years ago..Now my friend works on a lab and hes got some hook ups for DECa injectable...he took it with sustenol and gained bout 20 pounds in 7 weeks or so..now i purchase enough for 6 weeks..maybe more and Winstrol also...
Please help figure out a good cycle...
How much of Deca per week ? 200 mg twice a week ? 400 mg total ?
and should I mix it with Winstrol ?
Apparently Winstrol acts as a progesterone inhibitor right ?
so is theres a need for estrogen blocker ?
do you reccomend somethin for liver ?

i would do 400mgs of deca with
500 mgs of some kind of test....you know keep the winkie in action

haha i read bout that just a lil bit ago...I didnt order any TEst thou...gonna work on that
what kinda test would be safe ?
and 40mg of winstrol was what i was thinkin bout adding at the 4th week
then i will def. need a estrogen blocker uh ?

you have no idea wats going on .. and you need to research i dont think you ready for aas but anyways if your so inclined to do a CYCLE then research and run just TEST E and only TEST for 12 weeks or so.
