    4 th week(((

    Hey everyone!
    I just finished 4th of 10 weeks: 400 EQ ,500 SUST
    First week did 200 EQ, 250 SUST.
    Eat ~ 2550-3000 cal/d.
    Gained only 4 lb so far.
    Strenth is up,but gaines are low!
    What your opinion bro's?

    i heard it takes anywhere from 3-4 weeks for the substances to get into your body and kick in.. you should be okay man just make sure your protien and calorie intake remains high.

    you should have 3000-4000, depending on what you weigh.

    how much protien are you taking in?

    120 g of protein a day with my 170 lb.

    If you are 170lbs and only taking in 120 grams of protien you should up it some to at least equal to you body weight. This will help you put on some more lbs.

    dear god man!!! 120 grams of protien?

    try doing 200grams daily. and up them calories now!!!

    Shoot for 2 grams of Protein per/lb of bodyweight, shoulda had the diet in order before you started.
