im on a deca, tset, dbol cycle and eating about 3000 cals a day, a meal every 2 or 3 hours and im stuffing myself. i have read a few places that i should be eating 4000 + cals a day but i just cant get it in, thats a lot of food should i just try harder or am i eating enough?
It depends on your weight. If you are like 150lbs then 3000 is enuff more than likely. But if I was you I would try to get more cals for sure. Try supplementing your diet with weight gainers if you cant eat enuff. But food is better for sure. You just need to eat more plain and simple. When I ran that same cycle as you i was consuming between five and six thousand cals per day.
