well ill jump into it i have done one cycle
sust 250 10wks at 250 doubled up on 4 and 5 been about two months since trying to put together a great bulking cycle and suggestions?

try getting your body fat down to around 12% then bulk, and i havent had good results with sust for bulk, i guess its better for me to lean out. Prolly the prop in it. Others may think dif though thanks.

Yeah - if you're 20% and only 225 lbs. at 6'2" - I think you should try to get that down a little. Even 15% would be a reasonable level.
Are you doing any regular cardio right now?
