Cytomel dosages

Should you take all of your T3 at one time(when at your max dosage) or should the dosages be split up through out the day.

I run them all at the sametime....... half-life is about 36 hours

One rule of thumb for avoiding drug level fluctuations is to take another dose halfway through the halflife of the previous dose. Following this, your blood levels will never fall below 70% of peak levels. This would be about 18 hours for T3 and is close enough to 24 hours that once a day is probably sufficient.

I'm with MudMan. I like to take mine on an empty stomach first thing in the AM once a day. On the same note I dont really go over 25mcg so it may vary depending on dose...........
