test en only or with deca?

Wk 1-12 500mg Test E / Week brake into two shots on Mon and Thurs at 250mg
wk 1-11 300mg Deca / week shot it with the Test twice a week at 150mg

I'm thinking about deca but since I'm under 25 it is little known but deca is the worst acne causing steroid for individuals under the age of 25 so that is something to think about; also deca can cause irreversable gyno which is pretty unstoppable to prevent and it is not caused by estrogen build up but rater progestrone. Another thing to think about is that according to the european medical journals deca only works outstanding for 30% of the population and everybody else is average at best.

what do u mean m8. goalseaker my first course was good imo, first few weeks i was slow gettin to the gym due to my sht job at the time but battered the gym last 6 weeks off the course and got much better strength and shape to my shoulders and arms

As far as sides on Deca , I never had any. But I am a lot older than you guys. Actually this is the first I have heard that Deca causes bad acne. I personanly think sides are very much an individual thing and you wont really know whats good or bad for you until you try it. Take dbol for example, I tried that once and had nothing but trouble, other guys swear by it. I love Deca. Give it a try. If you want you can do some Viatmin B5 which is known to help control acne.

there are people that hate deca only cycles but i have done deca only cycles and are ok (1 gr nandrolone weekly 3 months).

My point, since I was unsing two new substances, I didn't know which was causing the sides. Now I know it was the dbol and won't use it again. I'd recommend test-e only. I'm on week five and love it. I'll try deca with test-e next time but I already know how I react to the test-e. Lots of posters here say the same about single compounds until you know how your body is going to react. JMHO

I would do test+deca ....always works great for me...but dont forget your pct it is the most important thing you can buy....Your going to get some great gains....Good Luck

just finished my first course in 4 years and ready to start pct soon

but already thinkin off my next cycle and think i will throw some deca in there

been shopping around for it through net but its expensiuve shit compared to test,

any help on which deca is best and a nudge in the dirrection of where to buy would be gtrateful thanks
