Okay, this is what I've come up with. Please Critique. I weigh 195; age 22; work out about 3-5 times a week depending on my schedule; daily calorie intake of about 3k.
Week 1: 10mg/day SD
Week 2: 20mg/day SD
Week 3: 20mg/day SD
Week 4: 30mg/day SD
While on this cycle; will have pro-liver; vitamin c; COQ-10; Multi-Vitamin; VB6; Red Yeast Rice; 250g Protein;
Week 1: 40mg nolva; 600 6-oxo; 2-3 pills of Rebound XT / Day
Week 2: Same as week 1
Week 3: 20mg Nolva; 300 6-oxo; 1-2 pills of Rebound XT / Day
Week 4: 10mg Nolva; Same oxo and rebound
While doing cell-tech to help keep the gains.
And I'll add more as I remember and read up. I am curious how I can expand this into a 10-12 week cycle. I don't want to go over 4 weeks on SD. So I hope to increase the to about 6 weeks.
I would love any suggestions. Thanks.

add some niacin for blood levels and some milkthistle for the liver everyday in fact i would start these pre cycle

Niacin can aid in vascularity also....

Id dump the 6-OXO and if this isnt your first cycle, then try to keep SD mgs more stable like 20,20,30,30 or 10,20,20,20. If it is your first cycle then commence at 10mg and evaluate you tolerance

your calorie intake is too low in my opinion, gradually over time at 200 pounds id try to get it to close to 5000 calories.

make sure they're clean calories though not friend chicken or stuff with a lot of butter and sour cream in it.

also try to avoid chinese food, i know all that rice and chicken seems good for u but it really is quite fat
