    WHAT KIND OF CREATINE SHOULD I USE BETWEEN CYCLES, I HAVE HEARD ALOT OF PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT CELL TECH, WHAT ABOUT THIOS POWER TECH OR JUST STICK TO CELL TECH AND DOES IT WORK????THANKS GUYS

    cell tech is good.. but dont expect to put on more than 5-7 pounds with it.. (water weight)

    Celltech is good IMO, but overpriced. When I first started to seriously workout about 3 years ago I used Celltech and made awesome gains in 2 months! I think that's what I'll get back on here after my cycle is over. BTW, effervescent creatine sux ass.

    Get some anabolic drive by metrx. That is some good shit. Alot better than cell tech and cheaper.

    celltech works well but is expensive. its really only creatine and dextrose with some ala thrown in if i remeber right. you could probably throw together this combo for a little less dough by yourself and get similiar results.

    i believe both kiazen (sp) and GNC both make knock-offs of celltech for a little less money as well.

    no creatine..just kyno which is not anabolic between my cycles,great pumps,strength is good...very good product

    i used AST's Pure Micronizted Creatine.....good results...and for the fraction of the cost of cell-tech...one container contains 200 servings!....just mix it up with gatorade..and your good to go....

    How much did you take and where did you store it.

    i did 2cc/ed and kept it in my closet (im thinking that may have been a mistake and i should have left it in my fridge)

    My g/f bought me some creatin from Wal-mart for 6 dollars, it was $39. Btw it's still good, i think Wal-Mart is just gonna stop selling it or some shit.

    Anyway twinlab creatin imo sucks, but 6 dollars is a steal even if it's for twinlab creatine mono. So that's what im using right now

    My nutrition store guy knows his stuff and sells all brands...he says stick with only german creatine because it is the purest...I use sci-tech because of that for creatine, I use optimum pro complex for my protein cause that is what he says and he knows what he is talking about....good luck
