    Question Argh how do you guys do this?

    the EQ i have is 50mg.. and i have to take 400mg per week..(OH GOD)

    iam also going to be taking sus with it... 500mg per week

    now heres my question iam going to be dividing the sus shots up into 2 shots per week (sunday 250mg, wensday 250mg)

    how should i divide the EQ shots up? (200mg sunday/200mg wesnday)

    should i put both the eq and sus in the same shot?

    next time look for 200 mg/ml products(i know its too late)
    so your going to have frequent injections or fat shots.

    pick one.....

    shoot 4 cc's of EQ along with your 1 cc of Sus

    or

    shoot 2 cc's of EQ around the days of your 1 cc Sus with a day off (maybe shoot EQ on Sunday, Sus on Monday, EQ on Tuesday, day off, repeat)

    or

    shoot 1 cc of EQ every day and keep the Sus shots to Mon / Thurs. routine = that'll make your EQ 350 a week and Sus 500 a week

    or (a good one here)

    shoot 1 cc of EQ every day and shoot Sus every 4 days (2 shots per 8 days). that way every 8 days (not 7) you're getting 400 EQ / 500 Sus.

    Welcome to site injections .

    I'm doing Fina for my first cycle and it's REALLY not a big deal man. Just takes some getting used too, "It's just a little prick" .

    This is how I would do it:

    You have to shoot 400mg's of EQ and 500mg's of Sust a week.

    Thats 8cc's of EQ and 2cc's of Sust.

    I'd hit 2cc shots 5x a week. Rotate between the glutes, delts, and quads.

    Sunday - 1cc EQ & 1cc of Sust in the right glute.
    Monday - 2cc EQ in the right Delt
    Tuesday - 2cc EQ in the left Delt
    Wednesday - 1cc EQ & 1cc of Sust in the left glute
    Thursday - 2cc EQ in the right quad
    Friday - No Juice
    Saturday - No Juice

    Notice the left quad never got hit, rotate it in the next week.

    Mixing the Sust and EQ and hitting them in the glutes will reduce the Sust pain. 2cc shots are NOT a big deal.

    Draw everything with an 18g pin.
    Shoot glutes with a 23g 1.5" pin.
    Shoot everywhere else with a 25g 1" pin.

    It's not a big deal and you'll grow to miss those shots on Friday and Saturday .

    that looks like your best plan of attack. ANyway you look at it, there are going to be a lot of shots. Just take a deep breath and as you exhale, stick it in...

    Keymastur has a couple good methods. Im taking 50mg Equipoise now with Test Suspension. I'm a pin cushion bro, but I like it that way. I shoot 1cc of Equipoise Everyday, and 2cc's on monday thats 400 mg/week. I like to shoot 2cc's on Monday because it's my chest day (I get pumped brother). I shoot the Suspension every other day 100mg (hurts like a bitch), but I don't mix it with the oil, seperate needles. You'll get used to the frequent injection method. Just keep rotating injection sites.I love it.

    Alottolearn, the Sust can be mixed just fine with EQ. They are both oil and it will help lessen the discomfort "some" experience with the Sust.

    that's 5 cc's. (yes, i'm smart ! ). wouldn't recommend shooting that into one spot. most i'd do is 3 cc's and that would only be in a glute. when i used to shoot up on my leg day, i'd shoot 1/2 of the day's shot into one leg, pull out, and shoot the other 1/2 into the other leg - kinda psyched me up for lifting / gave me that extra confidence.
