    Hey bigkev

    Hey man, after seeing your pictures, you sorta became my role model..

    with that being said.. would you be able to post your workout routine for me? (if it hasnt yet been posted in another thread)

    id love to follow your workout.. since it really seems to be working for you.

    iam going to be starting my sus/eq cycle in a week or so.. so id really like to make the best of it

    bro go to the work out forums and it sin there as big kevs work out routine .ive been on it for like 2 months its good.

    Day 1-chest

    Flat barbell bench press-4 sets, 2-5-8-10 reps
    Incline dumbbell press-4 sets, 6-8-12-12 reps
    Pec deck-3 sets, 10-16 reps
    Incline machine press-3 sets, 8-12 reps
    Cable crossovers-3 sets, 12-20 reps

    Day 2-back

    Bent barbell rows-4 sets, 6-8-10-12 reps
    Hammer strength pulldowns-4 sets, 8-10-12-12 reps
    Low pulley rows-4 sets, 10-12-12-15 reps
    Pulldowns with narrow v-bar-3 sets, 10-10-12 reps

    Day 3-shoulders

    Barbell shoulder press-4 sets, 4-6-8-10 reps
    Side laterals-4 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
    Rear delt machine-4 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
    Shrugs- 4 sets, 12-20, reps
    Side lateral machine-3 sets, 12-15-20 reps

    Day 4-arms(superset tris and bis)

    Straight barbell curl-4 sets, 4-6-8-10 reps
    Scull crushers-4 sets, 4-6-8-10 reps
    Dumbellcurls-3 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
    Cable pressdowns-3 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps

    Day 5-legs

    Barbell squat- 5 sets, 2-4-6-8-10 reps
    Leg extentions-4 sets, 8-10-12-12 reps
    Hack squats-4 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
    Hamstrings
    Stiffleg deadlifts-4 sets, 8-10-10-12 reps
    Lying leg curls- 4 sets 10-10-12-12 reps
    Calves
    Seated raises-4 sets, 6-8-10-12 reps
    Standing raises-8-10-12-15 reps


    All sets are to ABSOLUTE MUSCLE FAILURE!!!
    Abs should be done twice a week.
    Eat 3000-4000 calories a day

    actually Bigkev i have read your workout on the workout forum and was wondering . when you say you havent changed it in ten yrs ,are you serious ,not even throw in a few other principles nothing. And ya actually a example of what you would eat in a day would be cool.My workout is very similar but i swtch things and add thing in every couple months that why i ask.

    sorry guys, i am here! i have been real busy lately , moving, and other personal things. but, all is back in line now and i will be around alot more.

    i keep procrastinating on writing up my diet, but i will also get to that to.

    That would be killer if you'd post your diet and other info like cardio regimen or supps you take, thing's you don't do- like drink, drugs, eat. We'll call it the "BK" diet. Obviously, you've found what works for you...you look like your carved outta stone...chisled and big is what we all want. I'm ready to try out the "BK" diet. I feel like a damn BigKev groupie, but hey I'd love to look like you so....



    BTW- when's the BK action figure coming out?
