Sustanon injections

If I do 500mg of Sustanon each week, how should i split this?
All at once in one injection or one on Monday and one Thursday?

Starting my first cycle today! Looking forward to heavy training.

split it up and it will keep your test levels even, i shoot up on a sunday and a wednesday...........HITMAN

One monday and one thursday. Sustanon has a 2-3 week half life so spliting the injections rather than all at once will keep a good high constant level.

I did mine all on Tuesdays. If I had it to do over, I would divide them up. MOndays and Thursdays.

One question I'd like to add to this. I do split my shots, but why the hell do sus shots hurt so much a day or 2 later, I'm mean they really hurt.

spilt up the injections, that way you keep your test levels more even and you get more use of the prop!

The details are not quite correct, but the conclusion is correct.

Sustanon is a mix of four testosterone esters, the Decanoate ester has a long half-life, but that's only 100mg out of 250 mg.

The Propionate ester is 30mg, that has a half-life of about 24 hours. Phenylpropionate (60mg) and Isocaporate (60mg) have half-lives of 3-4 days.

So shooting Sustanon should be done at least 2X weekly, shooting it 1X weekly give too many peaks and valleys.

Yep--Sustanon does that. If you are taking another injectable, try mixing the two in the same syringe and shooting them together, that will dilute the Sustanon and reduce (or even eliminate) the pain.

Yes Ajax is correct here. Split them up, I couldn't imagine doing 2 CC's at one time of Sustanon , I wouldn't be able to walk for a week.
If you mix Sus with Deca I hear it almost eliminates the pain from the Sus.
