Clenbuteral, How much?

I had recently baught 60 clen tabs along with some other things , I am 254 5'11" and 15%bf, I would like to drop to 12-10% bf , I have never used anything like this before , just test and such!, what are the doses I should use? THANKS!!

Start at 1 tab on your first day. Add a tab a day until the effects are not comfortable (shakes, sweats, heart racing etc.....it's usually about 7-8 tabs for big guys). Then drop a tab and stay at that level for the ramainder of two weeks. During the two off weeks, use an ECA stack as a substitute. Then after 2 weeks of ECA, back on clen at the same dosage you were at when you stopped (ne need to taper back up). Keep this up for 10 weeks. ( 2 WEEKS CLEN, 2 WEEKS ECA, 2 WEEKS CLEN, 2 WEEKS ECA, 2 WEEKS CLEN)

Well I can get more when I am getting low, but I was also wondering can I still use ephedrine when I am on clen ?

As I said, use ECA (ephedrine, caffine, aspirin) on the weeks you are NOT using clen . No need to do ephedrine while on clen as they create similar physical responses.
