    Smile just took my first hit of the sh*t

    damn i am still shaking....well thes is how it goes.i am 6 foot about 177lb.little puggie in the gut.
    primo-200mg per week
    winny-50mg every other day for 47 days
    clen -last 4 weeks of cycle...2wks on 2wks off
    all cycled over 12 weeks..4 of primo....4 of primo and winny...then 4 of winny and clen..
    what kind of results should i expect?
    is it better to inject winny into sholders, or biceps, or stomach?

    oh and i am doing cardio 5 days a week
    low carbs, milk thisle, and mega man multi vitamin

    what are you trying to do with this cycle? and who recommended it to you? its not a very good set up bro.

    well i have been researching and it seemed to be the most logical, safe, and good clean quality gains that i will have a good chance of keeping...and its already paid for and taken

    You're doing cardio 5 days/wk and on low carbs? I assume you're using this as a cutting cycle then but you asked what kinds of gains you should expect to get. You shouldn't expect to gain much if any muscle . You can gain muscle or lose fat but it's really difficult to do both. This cycle would help maintain existing muscle as you diet and hit cardio for reduction of fat but that's about it along with some strength increase from the winny.

    JH, I would argue that point. I agree someone will not add as much mass while cutting but I am growing like a mofo and I am a cutting machine. My traps, delts, bi's, tri's, lats, pecs, quads, hams, and calves have grown considerably. All while staying under 200g carbs a day and doing 30min-1hour of cardio 5x a week.

    I haven't done the BF check yet as I want to wait till post cycle but if I have to guess I'm down at least 5% and my wieght is up on average 12 lbs.
