Man...I was about to dig up the first thread you started about this. Just to see if you have found out or not. I looked through all the info on t-3 I have. I didn't find one statment about how much time off is needed.

I haven't been able to find any solid info anyways...I'm hearing from 3 weeks to six months, to a whole year...The bad part is, something in the system is screwed up and Cycleon and a couple of the other mods are on my ignore list (I didn't put them there) and I can't get them offf so, I can't read their posts...

WHERE YOU AT CYCLEON? I NEED HELP.

Why dont you go to an endocrinologist and run some test so you will see when you ll be ready to start again.
I do the same and usually is 3months after

I thought about that but I don't think that is exactly the best thing to go by...

I dont have an answer for you about your T3 time off, but Iv also been having the problem of people being on my ignore list by mistake and you CAN read their posts!

When you see a post from someone who is ignored it lookes like this:

This person is on your Ignore List. To view this post click [here]

If you click there (Where it says) the post will open in a new window so you can view it.!

    hehe,
ptby jason is on my ignore list too, and i can guarantee i didnt put him there........whats up with this? i cant get him off the list either, when i open it, the list is blank.
    ironfist,
i took 4 months off in between my last 2 cycles of t-3. but i have no scientific reasoning behind this. i just went until i felt everything was back to normal. usually i will get a slight rebound effect when all the natural juices start flowing again. im running t-3 towards the end of my current cycle too, but im running it totally different this time, im hoping for NO rebound on this one.

When I come off t3 there is a week or so hesitation and then I get a rebound effect and sweat my ass off for about 2-3 weeks. I have never run it in a traditional manner however, I do low doses throughout the cycle on random days to prevent my body from getting used to it. Seems to work as I don't put much fat on after I finish a cycle so I am assuming that my levels return back to normal or near normal very quickly.

My ignore list is the SAME way, I haven't "put" anyone on there.
