    Weight gainer or regular protien while on sust?

    What up guys. I was wondering if I should take Weight gainer which has a shitload of more calories than the regular protien or the regular shit while I'm on sust. I'm 6''3 168 and I wanna gain a good 20 lbs of mass. My body fat is rea low and this is my 1st cycle. I've been lifting for about 5 yrs now. Let me know what you think.

    Weight gainer. You need the calories if your really that skinny.

    I'll up you guys and say drink the weight gainer WITH your meals, nothing less than 6 a day. DAMN you must have a fast metabolism...bastard j/k

    Bro, he's 6'3" 168lbs, I gain 5 lbs looking at a steak, he must burn 1500 cals just looking at a treadmill...BTW don't do cardio, you need all the calories.

    hahahaha yea im askinny fuck...im goin with the weight gainer...the only thing is im a college baseball player and i gotta fuckin run a lot at my summer games.....Thanks guys

    Sounds like pure ectomorph to me. Definitely go with the weight gainer. I'd also have some shakes pre-made and take them throughout the night each time I wake up to go to the bathroom.

    well you should have an abundancy of both!
    Weight ghainer yes, but you need your protein for your muscles to grow.
    my next cycle, i have weight gain shakes bought premade, and i have protein bars and protein powder....
    incorperate it all

    The good weightgainers usually come loaded with protein. I use the twin lab 2500 with whey peptides. It has all the fixens.
