What ever happend to bodybuilder.org?

i know .i was curious too.

...and learned alot from there...the site went down, some guys were at bss but now who knows..one of the mods over there named 'ICE' started his own site i think its called theicehouse or something like that.

I remember ice. That place was the best at that time. I learned the basics there. Remember bigmike?
