clen spray??? help

I'd like to know how the spray works. If anyone who has tried both the pill and the AR spray let us know, I want to know how you'd compare them. Ive heard clen spray isn't that great but the person I heard it from did not purchase it from this site. I have no idea where he got it either.

ive tried pills as well, i didnt like em as much, probly have a slower absorption rate, i cycle me clen 3.5 weeks on and then 2 off --on the off weeks i use ephedra, then go on clen another 3.5 weeks, i think staying on longer than 2 weeks is best, it gives you enough lee-way to really cut fat, but make sure you use Ketotifen every day to clear out your receptors, otherwise clen loses its effectiveness...ketotifen at 1-2mg daily

i used 160mcg daily...i didnt get any jitters or sides after the first couple days...

im not trying to hijack the thread but I have a source that sells clen , and also sells a clen/ketotifen combo ( 100MCG/ML CLENBUTEROL -1MG/ML KETOTIFEN)...is that a better option than just the straight clen

i dont think so, the problem is this: keto is an anti-histamine...and it makes you beyond drowsy, so when you take clen you take it throughout the day and no one wants to be tired in the morning or before a lift...first day i took keto without knowing, it knocked me out for like 15 hours

I think thats superclen you're referring to, and i've never heard anything good about superclen.

sure man, clen is pretty good! but honestly in my opinion its very comparable to ephedrine, i actually like ephedra better cuz it gives you more endurance and strength during a lift, whereas clen doesnt give you that ephedra buzz, only sides i got were in the first couple days, your body temp goes up and you feel very warm and some people get the shakes but i didnt really get that...
