mass or cut cycle???
hey guys im new to this site and i have a question concering whether i should go on a cutting cycle or mass cycle, my stats are : 6'2" 230LBS, body fat 25% (lil on the chunky side) i wanna get bigger but i also wanna get cut up, so whats the best route for me, here are two of my choices for cycles:
1: 500mg sust for 10 weeks, and 40 mg of dbol for 6 weeks.
2: clen and primo stack.
any help would be much apprecaited!!!

First and foremost your diet needs to change. Second cardio at least 4-5x a week. With those two in mind u can add in some clen for 2 weeks then an eca for the other two weeks then clen again and so on.
I would even touch AS until your bf% gets down.

dboll at 40mgs a week for 6 weeks might ba a lil much. u might wana shorten it to 4 weeks cuz there preety toxic.

I agree with skii96, but if you are bound and determined to cycle definately go with a cutting stack. Primo is a fanatastic choice but can be pretty pricey...especially when you will need at least 300mg/week. I would also consider stacking it with something like winstrol . If you decide against primobolan I'd suggest EQ. As far as clen , you will need to cycle it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off using and ECA stack on your off weeks. BUT first and foremost you have to revamp your diet and training regime...becuase without those being in order gear is HUGE waste of money.
