I've just started my very fist cycle 3 weeks ago.. can anyone tell me if im doing this right? I've got no help right now, and im doing this based off of things i've read on the net.
I'm doing a totaly 10 week cycle of Primobolan Depot and Spectro Labs Stanozolol (Winstrol ). I'm obviously aiming fora cutting cycle. My goales are not to get any bigger, just leaner - I have been weight trainingfor 2 years, and I beleive i have as much muscle as I need. I just want ot be harder and leaner.
I inject 1ml of Primo into my butt twice a week. (Monday and Friday)
and 1ml of the Stanozolol twice (Tuesday and Saturday)..
I'm on a low cal diet..
I work out 4-5 times a week Arms/Legs/Chest/Back
Im stsrting to see results (after week #3) in my upper body and legs.
Am i doing good? any suggestions?

I wouldn't go less on the winny than EOD, twice a week is far too little for winny. ED is preffered for best results. As for the primo, i've never done it so no comment on that...

ok, good plan... so im doing 1ml of winny per shot twice a week..
should i do half of that every other day u think?

You need minimum of 1cc eod of winny. The primo is good especially with reduced cals but make sure you keep your protein high. To speed up fat burning you may want to alternate clen at maximum 100mcg/day for 2 weeks and then 2 weeks of eca stack and switch back and forth like this throughout your cycle.

50mg of Winny every other day is the minimum that will get results.
Don't do the Winny for 10 weeks--that's hard on your liver. Better to do Winny for 4-6 weeks at the end of your cycle.

I have about 15ml of winny left to do about 4.5 weeks so i'll save it for the end of my cycle.. and do 1cc EOD
Do you think that it's a good Idea up my primo to 3 times a week then? or is twice a week ok?
Most research I'd done says that for begginers 2ccs a weeks is good enough, but some use up to 4ccs..
It would be nice to get some clen too but I can't find any locally..
I will start and eca stack starting monday.
I've been working hard at the gym the last 3 weeks, and I've hurt my shoulder and elbow, so im gonna relax and do some light cardio (maybe swimming) saturday and sunday..
