I am 22 217 lbs. 18% bf and i am going to start a cycle of deca 400 mgs and test 400 mgs for 10 wks. Right now I run for 25-30 minutes before my strength training. Should I cut the cardio down if i want to gain mass.

If you are looking for mass, I would definetely cut cardio down if doing any at all. You will still gain good on that, it wouldn't hurt if you wanted to get your bodyfat down.

the only cardio you should do while on a bulking cycle is running after the ice cream man
Right now I have flab around my stomach. That is why I do so much cardio. How can I keep my stomach from growing while bulking or should I just worry about that after I am done bulking?
