Doc's checking my Test level tommorow- he said if it's low he will hook me up if you now what I mean. I know I'm low- mild depression, lack of sex drive...but what can I do to make it lower by tommorow morning- so I can get hooked up? Help.

I've heard that excessively long workouts can lower test levels. Personally I wouldn't try anything...just take the test.
Your test levels are lower in the afternoon.
Also some hair products will take your test levels down. Its over the counter but I think it takes a few weeks use to actually lower the test level. The one that says it will grow hair. I can't rememer the name of it now. Darn. My doctor even told me it can lower test levels.
Nothing you take like birth control would work in the next 8 hours either to my knowledge.

You're saying Nioxin lowers the BODY'S test levels? I thought it only removed DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) from the scalp. :unsure:
Sex raises T levels. Actually, jbrand's idea is pretty good.
I should also add that birth control and fasting prior to the test can also be of assistance.
well damn I didn't do anything, just went and took the test. I heard that even if the doctor was going to give me a script for Test it would be not enough to make a significance to muscle growth. Well I'll see where I'm at in a couple days- I'll let you know what comes out of it...thanks for all the replys.
Excessive caloric deficits decrease overall hormone output and increase cortisol. I think if you eat absolutely no fat, lots of veggies and some non-red meat like fish, your test levels will be lower. And don't forget the hour-long cardio session following your overtraining workout. Just pretend that you are "getting ready for spring break" and go all out.
Wake up, masturbate vigourously for 90 minutes, skip breakfast and go get your test levels checked!

Sex will not lower your hormone levels. It will lower your sperm count there is a major difference. Your hormone level is your hormone level. Not much you can do to change that. Good luck and be wary of who gives you advice.
I heard on the news today that the French soccer team is not allowed to have sex for the season. Then during the play offs they are to get as much as they can. The coach said he read an article that said when you are having sex it raises the tt level. I dont know if I believe this or not but thats what I heard on the tv tonight. I think it was the French Soccer team. During the season they dont need the extra tt because they are supposed to be that good. I dont know....

Ok, I got the results and now I'm fucking wondering if I fucked myself. My test levels are low. Free test was 57 on a scale of (47-244.) Total Test was 255 on a scale of (400-1100). Now I don't know what the fuck to do, doc said he will give me Test injects...but I don't know how much? I've heard like 200mg every 2-3 wks- that's pathetic! Also now I will be monitered so supplementing on my own is outta the question- FUCK!!!! So, I have to devise a plan of attack to take with me to the doctor tommorow. Something where I can convince him to at least give me enough Test to grow on. I'm going to make a new thread asking for suggestion's on how I can go about this. I'm fucking upset bro's.

Unless your doc is really cool, I doubt he would give you enough to grow. If that were the case, we'd all be hooked up.
