what to do when i get off cycle of decca?
I want to know if there is anything I should do when coming of my cycle of decca? Is there somthing I should take to keep my strength and wieght gained? Also should I keep going to the gym every other day or back to my original 5 days a week? And with diet should I keep it at 3000 calories a day? Any advice would be appriciated.

keep your diet the same bro, less calories less weight and i don't think thats what you want. as far as your workout routine, its actually better to work out less, eod to help keep your gains. this is the time that all that cortisol is freed up in your body and its real easy to over train and actually hurt your progress

I was just checking out clomid I am thinking about it. But how much and for how often do I take The clomid for.

You probably should've had the clomid before you started the cycle IMO(no flame though)and that's just hindsight now. If you do a quick search on clomid I'm sure you will get enough reading for a week and find out just how important it is for post cycle. The price is good which means it shouldn't be overlooked by anyone but all in all if you don't get any kick up the calories and DO NOT overtrain. Happy readings.

definitely get some clomid. you can run 300mg day 1, 100mg days 2-12, 50mg days 13-23.
