You may want to run it a little longer than 4 days simply because you should take about 4 days time (starting at 200mg for a few days) to find your dose. Some people work their way up to 400mg, some 600mg. The thing to remember with DNP is to start low and increase SLOWLY, in which you are "heating up" in the process.Quote:

i took a 200mg cap the other day just to se if i was allergic and to see how bad it would be... because some people burn up from the first dose... it was nothing... i even did cardio and lifted...
I ll be starting soon as well. I am doing 400 for 9 days. Keep us posted.
